We accept checks, money orders and major credit cards; Visa - MasterCard - Discover and Amex, plus for online purchases PayPal. International orders must be prepaid in US funds and funds must be confirmed prior to shipping of your orders

WARRANTY
All items purchased are covered by warranty (manufacture defects). We will exchange, refund or repair any item during the normal warranty period.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction upon receipt of your order is our expectation. If for any reason upon receipt you are not satisfied we will gladly give you a full refund of your purchase price, less all shipping charges, upon return of the item(s) to us, including all materials and accessories, shipped in the original packaging, provided the items are returned in an UNUSED condition. You must contact us prior to returning any item(s) for authorization (RMA#) and return instructions. Requests for returning any item(s) must be made within 7 days after delivery. Returns without pre-authorization are not accepted. We reserve the right to charge a RESTOCKING FEE if the returned item shows signs of wear or abuse deeming the item to be unavailable in its condition to be resold in "NEW CONDITION."
NOTE - Items supplied by our suppliers or fabricators that are returned and when our supplier charges us a "restocking or return fee," we have the option to pass on those extra expenses as a reduction in the final refund issued for returned items.
Custom products (made to order) are any product that is fabricated and are not regular "stock" items available for resale.
Custom Products are non-returnable, non-refundable due to the fact your item was made to order and is not our regular stock item that can be resold even if returned. Under some circumstances we may at our discretion accept a return of a custom product (prior approval only) if we deem that it can be returned in some fashion back into inventory. If we accept your request a Return Fee may be assessed for such items.
Custom products include; custom putting greens, all fabricated netting, customized golf mats and any product that is not a stock inventory item and was made to the customers specifications when placing their order.
Shipments to international customers requesting a return must first obtain pre-authorization and return shipping instructions. All international returns will be assessed a Return Fee and must be returned prepaid insured shipping. Upon return, the package will be inspected as outlined above prior to any refund of purchase price.
SHIPPING
We will be glad to email you an order/tracking confirmation at the time your order is shipped. Please make your request when placing your order.
Please allow additional time for shipping on special order items or items under heavy demand. It is our objective to ship items in order of receipt and within reasonable processing time. Some items due to their manufacturing process (customized production, IE custom clubs, BentGreens, Personal Driving Ranges, Custom Mats and Netting, etc...) do take additional time to manufacture and process, please allow for such delays. Shipping is via UPS or other by request (overnight and special delivery also available). Special shipping needs must be handled at the time of your order. Unlike other online services, we charge actual shipping costs. When comparing prices, compare the actual total costs (purchased items plus S&H charges) before placing orders with another merchant. International customers - please be aware that shipping times are beyond our control due to transit times and eventual clearance through Customs. If you require special shipping methods and faster delivery, be sure to ask us about freight costs and delivery times when placing your order.
